This privacy policy explains what information Beer Me LLC, doing business as Beer Me! Taproom & Wine Bar, collects through this website (beermetaproom.com), how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Third-party sites and services we link to, including rewards signup and online purchases, have their own privacy policies.

Information We Collect

Information you give us through forms. When you send a message through our contact form or submit a private events inquiry, we collect what you enter: your name, your contact details, and the contents of your message. You choose what to include.

Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. It collects usage data such as the pages you visit, the links and buttons you click, your device and browser type, and your approximate location (such as city or region). It does not give us your name or exact address.

Campaign parameters. Some links to and from this site carry UTM campaign parameters, which are short tags added to a web address. They tell us how visitors reached the site (for example, from a social post or an email) and which links get clicked. They identify campaigns, not individual people.

What we do not collect. This website does not collect or store payment card numbers. Purchases are handled by third-party providers, described below.

Third-Party Services

Rewards signup (Toast). Our rewards signup links out to Toast, the third-party platform that runs our rewards program. When you sign up, Toast collects and processes that information under its own privacy policy, not ours. Our site appends campaign parameters to the rewards link so we can measure how many visitors sign up, but we do not receive or store the information you give Toast.

Purchases. Gift card purchases, and merchandise purchases when available, are processed by our payment and commerce providers. Those providers collect your payment and order information under their own privacy policies. This website does not see or store your payment card data.

Embedded content. Some pages include content served by other companies, such as the live tap list from Untappd and embedded maps. Embedded content behaves as if you visited that provider’s own website: the provider may collect data, set cookies, and apply its own privacy policy while the embed loads.

How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that operate parts of this website for us (such as hosting, analytics, forms, and the commerce and rewards platforms described above), and only so they can perform those services. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep form submissions as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep reasonable business records, then delete them. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics 4 retention settings and Google’s policies.

Analytics opt-out. You can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, available from Google, to prevent your visits from being measured.
Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Your data. You can ask us what information we hold about you from your form submissions, or ask us to correct or delete it, by reaching us through our contact form.

Children’s Privacy

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.
