Originally from Minnesota, Erik found his true home in Texas nearly three decades ago. His career has taken him through a wide range of industries—bars, restaurants, hospitality, entertainment, sales, and retail—where he’s held leadership roles and honed a deep passion for service and excellence.
Now, Erik is bringing that same dedication to Fate with Beer Me!—a welcoming space where friends can gather, families can relax, and beer and wine lovers can discover their next favorite drink. Whether you’re stopping by to stock up or settling in for good conversation over a glass, Beer Me! is all about fostering connection, supporting local, and making everyone feel at home.

Erik and his family are proud residents of Fate, Texas, where they’ve built their lives around community, family, and service. He and his wife, Shauna, have been happily married for 15 years. Shauna is the owner of Sinclair Law Group, a family law practice with offices in Forney and Rockwall. Their son, Copeland, attends high school in Fate and you will see him working part-time now and then!
